WHAT TIME WILL MY SESSION BE?

​

All sessions are scheduled one to two hours before sunset at golden hour! This is when the lighting is best, most prettiest and flattering to you!

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

​

You will receive your full gallery within 4-6 weeks after your session! I professionally edit each and every individual photo I deliver to you to make sure you're getting the highest quality product. I want you to fall in love with your beautiful images but it takes time to process them and to back your images up to make sure they're safe. You will also get a sneak peek of your photos within 72 hours of your session!

WHY DOES THE LINK TO MY GALLERY

NOT WORK ANYMORE?

Your gallery will be live online for 60 days as stated in the email you receive when your gallery is delivered to you. After 60 days, the gallery expires and photos must be downloaded before this expiration time. If you did not download your photos a $50 re-upload fee will be charged to recover your images.

Uploading galleries take hours. If a gallery needs to be re-uploaded after it's already been delivered this is time taken away from another part of the business.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

​

There will be a $50 reschedule fee for any reschedule request or cancellation. The only exceptions are weather or a true emergency. When you reschedule the date I already set aside for you, my business loses money because I cannot rebook that day with such short notice. I want to be accommodating but I lose money and business when I lose a session. It also makes for future scheduling problems when I have to set aside another session day I wasn't already planning for.

CAN I BRING MY DOG WITH ME?

I specialize in families and couples. I am not a pet person. If you would like to bring your dog with you for a few photos there will be a $35 fee added to your session package.

HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTOSHOOT WITH YOU?

​

Fill out the short inquiry form in the contact me tab or hit the button below. I will respond to your message within 48-hours via e-mail. Once you choose one of my available session dates, you have a week to pay your deposit to reserve that date ($75 toward your overall session fee) and to sign my business contract. Once your deposit is paid and contract is signed, the date is yours!!! The rest of your session fee will be due one week before your shoot.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES AND HOW MANY DO I GET?

​

I deliver all my sessions through an online gallery. You will have access to all of the high resolution, professionally edited photos and can share and download to your heart's content! Normally I deliver between 50-60 images depending on the session but you will receive no less than 40. You are not required to purchase prints from me after your session fee is paid, you will receive your entire gallery online.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED & DO YOU TRAVEL?

I am currently based in Helena, MT but I love to travel and will happily do so! If you'd like to book a session with me outside the Helena area I charge a travel fee just to cover my gas or plane ticket!

WHAT KIND OF PHOTOGRAPHY DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?

​

I photograph couples & families. I've found it best to narrow my talents to one area and excel in that niche. That way I can serve you better by focusing on that one thing! I love love and I'm a huge romantic so I adore shooting couples and being their biggest fan!

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR BUSINESS BESIDES JUST TAKE MY PHOTOS?

​

Taking your photos during the session covers a very small percentage of time in my business. After I take your photos, I backup the images, and professionally edit each and every image so that I can provide you with the highest and best quality gallery. This whole process takes an average of 8-10 hours for each session. Aside from my sessions, I also do all the marketing, web design, social media & communication in my business. I absolutely love my job but there's a lot that goes into it to provide you with an excellent experience besides just taking your photos at the session.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

YES! I have a returning client discount: If you've had a session with me previously and come back for another one at a later time you get $15 off your session!

***Discounts are not stackable and must be mentioned at time of inquiry. No discounts are eligible for mini sessions

WHAT ABOUT LOCATIONS FOR MY SESSION?

​

After you book with me, I send you my exclusive client location guide that has photos and examples of different locations in the Helena area I shoot at. If you have a different spot in mind or somewhere special you want your session to be, I'm always up for a new spot! If location is further than 30 miles from Helena, MT there will be a travel fee applied.

WHAT DO I WEAR TO MY PHOTOSHOOT?

​

After you book with me, I send you my exclusive client wardrobe and outfit guide that has photos and examples of colors and combinations that look great in photos. You can't go wrong with denim, flowy dresses, pockets, comfy sweaters, and neutrals. Try to stray away from any bold or abstract patterns, big logos and neon colors.
